Does the partner support the customer?

That is agreed per partner. Support, training and consultation may be subcontracted to approved individuals or bodies under jobmate's terms.

Can a partner resell without an agreement?

No. jobmate's terms do not allow reselling the service without prior written permission, which the partner programme provides.
