The task
What the engineer sees on the phone
A job task carries the task details, an asset, a checklist, time tracking, HSSE requirements, notes and the customer's details. Predictive text, tap and select and voice-to-text cut the typing. Completing the job lists the tasks and items with the subtotal, tax and invoice total, and takes a signature.

The parts come off the van
Items added to the job are booked out of the stock location they came from, on Pro and Enterprise. Each van and warehouse holds its own count, and a minimum quantity raises a low-stock notification before the next job finds the shelf empty.
