The job task carries the asset, the customer's history and the notes. Every customer profile holds the quote, job and invoice history.

Items added to the job are booked out of the van's stock and appear on the completed job with the subtotal, tax and total.

The dashboard counts jobs by status and shows today's on the map. Time tracking on each task records travelling and working time; GPS tracking and timestamps show where the work was done. Reports on costs and activities go to the accounts package.

The asset on the job
Asset Management keeps the equipment you maintain with maintenance alerts and records, and a job task carries the asset it is for, so the history is on the engineer's phone.
From complete to paid
Completing the job takes the customer's signature; the invoice is raised from it and paid by card through Stripe in the portal, with Xero kept up to date.
