Items and locations

One item, counted in every place you keep it

A stock item is distinguished from a purchased item, and shows its quantity at each location. Update the count, transfer stock between a van and the warehouse, and view every movement. Items added to a job are booked out of the location they came from.

Suppliers and purchasing

Purchase orders from the supplier profile

Supplier profiles hold the parts they supply, under their own part numbers and prices. Send a purchase order from the profile, and set minimum quantities so that reordering is prompted, not remembered.
