Three things that go wrong between the quote and the money

    The quote is typed in Word on Sunday night, from notes taken on Thursday. The address is wrong and the items are from memory.

    Select the customer and address from the database, add items (which update the inventory) and a global job rate that multiplies by the expected hours. Send it from the van.

    The customer says yes by text. Nobody writes down which version they said yes to.

Invoiced from the job, paid in the portal

Create the invoice to send to the customer from the system. Customers pay online through the portal using the Stripe payment gateway, and the dashboard counts what is Outstanding and what is Overdue. Xero integration keeps your accountant up to date.
